Stops are an essential component for conveyor systems utilising accumulation, merging or transfer automation. In such systems product flow is sometimes required to be restricted or controlled, dependant upon system configuration, product throughput and scale. The common variants of stops will cater for most applications and product types. The more common examples of product stops include blade stops, pivoting conveyor sections, pin stops, fixed stops and pallet stops. Movement is usually provided via a pneumatic cylinder. Customised versions are also available.
