Our range of Interroll heavy duty roller conveyor offers another handling solution for heavy loads. Rollers are the most efficient method for moving heavy loads, enabling motor size to remain compact. A 0.37kW motor is more than sufficient to easily transport a 1500Kg pallet.

The use of roller conveyor assumes the pallet is side loaded, due to the fact the base boards can only run longitudinally on the rollers.

The rollers are Interroll 4550 series with steel duplex sprockets. Power transmission is roller to roller, via 5/8” pitch simplex chain. Side frames are a combination of formed powder coated mild steel and aluminium extrusion. Support stands are typically heavy wall RHS and are available in several height ranges, all utilising adjustable levelling pads.

Pallets can be accumulated using a series of independently driven conveyor sections, typically 1428mm in length. Accumulation can also be achieved by using the indexing method on a single drive conveyor of up to 3012mm in length. Pallet alignment devices and stops are also available.
