Conveyor Solutions can offer the most advanced zero pressure roller conveyor on the market today. The Interroll Intelliveyor conveyor system utilises 24V DC RollerDrives and electronic control cards to create independently driven and controlled ‘zones’ of conveyor. Each RollerDrive can power up to 15 slave rollers, via 5mm round polyurethane drive bands.
RollerDrives are available in a wide range of speeds and torque outputs, to suit almost any application. The 24V DC brushless motors are efficient, field proven and reliable. Stainless wash down versions and gearless versions are also available upon request.
The heart of the system are the control cards. The control cards are available in two types: ZPA and RC. The ZPA card has the zero pressure logic built into the card, thus providing a ‘plug and play’ set up. The RC card requires the zone logic to be provided from an external source, such as a PLC, allowing unlimited flexibility and control options.
The conveyor side frames are manufactured from a specially developed Interroll extruded aluminium section. This extrusion is very rigid, allowing a maximum load capacity of 100Kg per metre. Load capacity will vary depending upon system configuration, product speed and weight. The extrusion also provides convenient cavities for cables, air lines and control equipment. The slave rollers are Interroll 1700 series. Female threaded shafts are standard, assisting in the overall rigidity of the conveyor.
