Line Shaft Conveyors

The most economic form of powered roller conveyor is the line shaft driven roller conveyor. Conveyor Solutions’ Powergroove™ line shaft conveyor blends intelligent design and quality components into a cost effective powered roller conveyor solution. The drive mechanism consists of a gear motor powering a common line shaft, mounted longitudinally under the conveyor frame. The line shaft has special drive spool fitted along the entire length of the conveyor. The drive spools provide driving force to the conveyor rollers via polyurethane drive bands.

The Powergroove™ range also includes transfers, blade stops, pushers, merges and personnel gates. High quality Interroll 1700 series rollers are available in galvanised steel or PVC with various shaft and bearing configurations. Conveyor side frames are available in powder coated mild steel, galvanised mild steel or stainless steel. All Powergroove™ line shaft conveyor includes plastic shaft covers to ensure the requirements of the relevant Australian Standards are fully met. All Powergroove™ bends are fitted with quality Interroll tapered rollers to ensure reliable, smooth and stable product flow.

Powergroove™ line shaft conveyor is suited to a wide range of general applications and environments including warehousing, packaging and manufacturing.
